I took a broken NAS enclosure to Knutsford IT and James recovered 4TB of data for me. He called at regular intervals with updates and didn't proceed with any work until I'd approved the cost.

The overall bill for the work was really fair considering the hours of work that had gone into the job.

Superlative, expert service. Apple couldn't fix it and Whatsapp were useless once I was locked out of super important messages on the app during a new phone migration. They were kind, calm and knew exactly how to fix it and charged me almost nothing. These guys are the best - thank you so much.

Paul was very helpful and knowledgeable. I had an issue with work emails which had stopped coming through on my mobile phone.
After hours on the phone with Go Daddy and at the O2 store, who sold me a new phone as they couldn't get their heads around the issue, I popped in to buy a charger (which the O2 store didn't sell me) for my new phone. Paul offered to have a look at my old phone, and solved the issue in 4 minutes.
